If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason within seven days of purchase, simply return the item to us and we will promptly refund the purchase price. Please email Service@WickedRebirth. com prior to returning an item for instructions. We regret that we will not be able to refund any shipping costs.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Wicked Rebirth chooses materials that are not only beautiful, but long lasting. When purchasing our components, we look at durability first and foremost. Then we consider cost (as we like to be affordable to everyone) and material. For example, instead of sterling, we may choose silver plating or sterling filled because it is less expensive and often stronger.

Most of our items come with a Limited Lifetime Guarantee. If an item fails due to materials or craftsmanship, at any time, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion with no cost to you. Misuse or abuse is not covered but we can repair or replace most items for a small fee.

To take advantage of the Guarantee or our repair service, send an email to Service@WickedRebirth. com. Please include the Item # that came with your piece and a brief description of the problem. We will send you back the address and instructions. Your item will need to be sent, prepaid, back to us as per the instructions we email you. You must be able to provide the item number that is printed on the sticker that was on or in the packaging of your item (usually two letters followed by four numbers, ie. #XX1234). Just like all of our pieces, the number is unique and allows us to identify it as one of ours and to know what it is made of. We may be unable to honor the Lifetime Guarantee without that number. Upon receipt, we will repair or replace the item, at our discretion and then send it back to you at our cost.
